Does it have bugs? Yes
Does it use cheat? Yes
But the "soccer feeling" is beyond competition.
If you play it right, the way it meant to be played, and you're lucky not to experience a lot of bugs/cheats, then you instantly worship this game.
It takes a lot of practice, clear mind,devotion to master the depth of Pes 2013.
If you play it the wrong way, rush to goal, frivolous passing, thoughtless runs, you'll become disappointed and eventually will hate it,
