Konami "confident this is a new beginning" with PES 2013
The launch of PES 2013 is a 'new age' for the languishing series as Konami is "confident" the tide is turning once again in their favour. They are bolstered by people "openly talking" that 'PES is back'.

Brazilian soccer league added to PES 2013 roster

Konami has announced that for the first time, their premiere soccer series has acquired the licensing rights to represent the Brazilian soccer league, which will appear in Pro Evolution Soccer 2013, including Flamengo, Corinthians, Sao Paolo FC, and Palmerias & Santos, among others.

Konami has announced a host of licensed teams for PES 2013. In total, 150 deals have been struck, including the licenses of all Spanish La Liga and Italian Serie A sides.

Konami has announced that a demo for PES 2013 will be booting balls into nets this July 25th via Xbox Live, PlayStation Network and also of course for PC through the official PES website.
It's a "huge advance" for the series, cries Konami, where players are given "total control over every pass, shot and even first touches" of the ball. Their Pro-Active AI create "truly authentic" matches.
