| From this point on all future instalments of the Pro Evolution Soccer series will include the Asian Football Confederation Champions League, as the publisher signs a licensing agreement with the body. This joins the UEFA Champions League license already in use. The next title will be using Kojima Productions' Fox Engine to power it, they revealed last month. |

| Konami sees 77% jump in profits in last 9 months (0) |
| Konami has reported that it's seen a jump of 77.3% year-to-year increase in profits from a 9 month period, thanks to its involvement in digital publishing and social networking games. The Japanese publisher reported its net income for the April-December 2011 period was ¥17.05 billion ($224 million), with sales of ¥194.5 billion ($2.55 billion). |
