This is an update for the 1.2 version of my mod however the update does not require the 1.2 version to be installed before installing this version as this file contains all the things from 1.2 (some files are updated) as well as many new fetures including

4tpy script
modified descr_factions
new faction banners
new events
new faction - Quadi
new province for the Roman Empire - Pannonia
edited many diffrent text files
