To install, extract the data folder to your SPQR installation (default "C:\Program Files\Activision\Rome - Total War" I think).
Also included is a notification to activate the script that shows when you load a campaign, but not going to and from battles during your campaign. It does show if you start a custom battle as romans, but that's not a big deal.
