Author: the Persian Invasion Team
Summary
This mod is roughly based on the timeframe of the Greco-Persian wars; displaying Persia at her might, while the greek cities are seperated and weary of one-another, plus a few "outer" factions, like Indian tribes and the Gerrhean Kingdom, to poke at Persia from all sides. This isn't aiming for total historical accuracy, with elements that we put together to make it interesting. The Greek factions will have relatively small troop rosters at the start of the game, but as they conquer more settlements and explore new areas they will acquire the capability to recruit more units. A new campaign map, cut from the Mundus Magnus map, covers from Greece to the brooding jungles of India and from Egypt to the steppe of Scythia. The size of the map has been increased to the maximum to allow ample room in Greece for cities and to provide a more unique gaming experience. The mod features 14 playable factions for the campaign and 16 total available for custom battles.
Progress
Overall: 70%
Units: 95% ( 95 Because we might add more units)
Textures: 95%
Models: 95%
Factions: 100%
Faction Icons etc.: 100%
Faction Specific HUD: 0% ( Maybe we'll include one...)
Map: 20%
Due to lack of communication with Caius, then Spurius (Who's dissapeared off the face of the
earth) this will take a bit longer...
Overall: 70%
This patch doesnt really change much, but it fixes a bit of non-necessary issues i thought i might as well rectify. Actualy, this patch is only a way for me to figure out the patchmaker and at the same time update the mod a bit.
Changes
***********
- Fixed problems with the Thespian and Theban faction symbols (24)
- Fixed Olympian unit card: it was tilted for some reason
- Fixed the Celtic Light Cavalry unit card to make it fit with the others
- Fixed the RTW - PI title so as not to be stretched
- Maybe more, can't remember
Anyway, enjoy the mod.
