Overrated
Meh. It's pretty to look at, but that's about it. Rome is the beautiful but dumb blonde of the Total War games.

Are you using Rome: Total War Gold Edition? Are you using a later version of RTW? The earlier versions allowed those cheats, but they were later edited out- probably because those cheats made the game way too easy.
