I Copy paste this mod in bi folder . it's not working. If it is something else please tell me.

You need to copy the AmazonTW-Reignited folder next to the BI folder, not inside the BI folder.
so in the RTW directory, it should looks like

AmazonTW-Reignited
BI
data

There is also a readme file in the AmazonTW-Reignited folder. at the end of the readme file, it describes how to install link and icon, so you can launch the Amazon TW Reignited mod directly from the desktop, or launch it from Steam.

Well, if you copied the files to the BI folder, you need to have a clean installation (ie re-install your BI) because the folder can be corrupted.

After you re-installed the BI, or RTW/BI, then you can again copy the Amazon folder to the location next to the BI folder.

Just Remember, no copying files, just copy folder along with the files.

At the start of the game, if you saved the game and exit, there might be a warning message says "...an invalid tile(189,90) for Aryleia...".

The cause of this warning is because the character Aryleia is on board of an Amazon naval fleet at the very start of the game. The RTW game engine did not check if she is with the fleet but only checks her coordinate and complains that character Aryleia is standing in the water. The warning will go away as soon as the fleet lands the general and her army on shore in a move or two.

This setting (ie place a general and her army onboard of the fleet at the start of the game) makes the game playing dramatically different in that region, so there is no plan to change her initial coordinate.
