This is a patch to fix a number of issues with the retail version of
"Rugby League" (Australia), "Stacey Jones Rugby League" (New
Zealand) and "Super League Rugby League" (England / UK).

~ Unresponsive menus on some name-brand computers
~ Corrupted save games causing crash when attempting to save
~ Interchange during Interchange causes crash
~ Not all players interchanged at half-time
~ Extra time will allow only one interchange
~ Player about to go to Sin-Bin able to be interchanged
~ Extra-time interchanges unable to be corrected
~ Crash when no-one on bench
~ Able to pass the ball when feeding into scrum
~ Game gets stuck when ball is kicked out on or near the corner post
