A new video has been released for South Park: The Stick of Truth that goes behind-the-scenes on the upcoming RPG, and it looks at developer Obsidian as well as Matt Stone and Trey Parker.

Their goal, ultimately, is to achieve that "authentic crapiness" of South Park so people walking in can mistake the game for a new episode. Currently it's due for release March 4th.

Obsidian Entertainment job ad for "next generation game"

Pillars of Eternity developer Obsidian Entertainment has a "next generation game" project in the works, according to a job ad for a 'Junior/Intermediate UI Artist', and requires experience on a AAA title.

Obsidian has teased they're working on a licensed property and are looking to Kickstarter again for approval. It will not be Alpha Protocol 2, that much is sure.

Watch Dogs was nearing release but then suddenly Ubisoft announced it would be delayed into 2014. Everything seemed to be going great, the hype machine was in full swing and fans wanted hacking super powers.

Some titles get a few months delay while others practically start over, and Watch Dogs push into 2014 even surprised Ubisoft insiders. It's "not where we want it to be."

South Park game to be censored in Australia

The Australian version of Obsidian's upcoming South Park: The Stick of Truth will be censored. According to Ubisoft the Australian build is a "slightly modified version".

Ubisoft has released a new flatulent trailer for South Park: The Stick of Truth, showing off a scene in which Cartman teaches the player (dubbed by name as "Douchebag") some of the more effective... "ranged" combat that can be mastered. The attack is tested on a dummy, then on some poor unsuspecting ally.
