Nvidia confirm PC technology present in The Witcher 3, Batman: Arkham Origins

What visual slickness can we look forward to on PC with the likes of The Witcher 3, Batman: Arkham Origins, Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag and Watch Dogs? Nvidia has revealed some juicy details via a presentation.

All support DirectX 11 and tessellation, with some also backing TXAA and GPU PhysX sorcery. Nvidia spotlighted The Witcher 3 by showcasing a furry wolf galloping along.

Tick tock. High seas piracy and ceiling pipe espionage will be exposed tonight with Ubisoft's E3 2013 Media Briefing, which starts at 2.40pm PDT in the US, and 10.40pm BST/11.40pm CET in Europe. We're streaming!

All those data bits will be funnelled right here for your viewing pleasure. It starts at a totally bonkers 40 minutes past the hour, dismissing the 30 minute mark as too rational and cliche.

Expect some totally immersive plastic peripheral ceiling pipes to hang from with Ubisoft's next-gen Splinter Cell using Xbox One's fancier Kinect. It'll be a thing I'm sure. They already have "a lot of plans in the works".

Blacklist art director Scott Lee promises "Sam will be back." Last year Jade Raymond mentioned 'Natural User Interface' tech like Kinect and how she wants to "see that sort of stuff integrated".

Ubisoft pits the stealthy spies against the brutish mercs in this multiplayer mode for Splinter Cell: Blacklist. In 'Spies vs Mercs' the spies must extract sensitive intel from three different terminals.

Naturally it's the job of the mercenaries to stop them at any cost. Each team has different abilities and tools at their disposal for an "exciting, high stakes" multiplayer experience.
