One thing that bothered me about S.T.A.L.K.E.R. Clear Sky was the look of the main character, Mercenary Scar.
In the intro cinematic we se a middle-aged, grey eyed stalker leading a bunch of scientists though the swamps when suddenly they are hit by a large emission.
Then a completely different Scar awakens in the Clear Sky Base.
A grandfather version of Scar with blue eyes, beard and a whole bunch of scars on his face that I did not notice during the intro.
Maybe this is all caused of the great emission and if that is the case, then I pray that I never end up in one.
But with this mod however, Scar has been restored to his (according to me) much cooler intro look.
To tell the truth this is kind of an unnecessary mod because stalker is a first person shooter game and Scar’s face is hardly ever seen in game
unless you wear the leather jacket and die. And the chance to see his face is small even then.
And if you have edited the user.ltx file the 3 Person view suck big time.
So why did I bother doing this? I dunno. At least I can go to sleep with a clean consciousness, knowing that Scar no longer will be the Zones Santa Claus.
And yes I know the bump-mapping looks like shit at the moment. But hey, nothing is perfect.

| How to install this mod |

Extract the gamedata folder and the fsgame.ltx file into the S.T.A.L.K.E.R. - Clear Sky folder.
And if you want the 3 Person view I have included a modified version of the user.ltx file.
It binds 3 different camera views to the F1, F and F3 buttons on your keyboard.
The user.ltx is located in the STALKER-STCS folder and the STALKER-STCS folder is located in the shared documents folder on your computer user.
Example: C:Documents and SettingsAll UsersDocumentsSTALKER-STCS
