Kill_the_Strelok's CS Stalker Suit Fix

I didn't see a fix for this anywhere so I've made one myself.
If you didn't notice there is a bug in Clear Sky where the Stalker Suit uses the same texture as the rookie jacket.
It's supposed to have it's own texture and it bothered me so much that I made this simple fix.

Installation:
Just stick this file in gamedataconfigsmisc

Make sure your fsgame.ltx is set to this:

$game_data$ = true| true| $fs_root$| gamedata

And that's it! Have fun!
