To install, copy the 'gamedata' folder from this patch to main S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Shadow of Chernobyl directory on top of 'gamedata' from STALKER Complete 2009 1.4.3
and overwrite all files when prompted.
By default it's in C:Program Files\THQ\S.T.A.L.K.E.R. - Shadow of Chernobyl
or C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\common\stalker shadow of chernobyl
