Dev portfolio reveals Xbox 360 shooter from LucasArts
A few online breadcrumb trails have led to the discovery of a shooter project in the works over at LucasArts for Xbox 360. It's definitely not the triple-A title Star Wars 1313 either.
It's possible this project could be 'Star Wars: First Assault', which is a name brought onto the rumour scene courtesy of domain registrations. It's believed to be an XBLA game in the works.

LucasArts have put out a new developer diary discussing more of Star Wars 1313 and the underworld we'll be exploring as a young bounty hunter with plenty of grey morality to go around.
The new Star Wars action game doesn't cast us as a Force flinging Jedi but as an 'average guy' who looks to gadgets to survive. Some more gameplay footage and narrative is teased.

Star Wars 1313 creative director Dominic Robilliard has weighed in on the entire "videogame violence" debate that has been raging since the controversial E3 demos for such titles as The Last of Us and Tomb Raider, which graphically depicted violence and what some thought was rape in the latter game.

LucasArts' Star Wars 1313 has been announced via the company itself. It's a third-person action adventure set in the criminal depths of Coruscant, and we play a bounty hunter.
We'll have to rely on "human skills and gadgets" over Force powers. Fans can plunge into a "dark and mature world" as we navigate the Star Wars underworld of gangsters. No date yet.
