It's the Knights of the Force mod, but be careful this mod is not supported by the LucasForums community.

After watching the clones wars. I've come to dispise that Grievous cat. I also ask myself every time why the clones turned on the Jedi!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! But I'll have to try this one out just to see how many time I can get him killed.
