Developer BioWare plan on expanding the Star Wars: The Old Republic galaxy map by "dozens of worlds," and maybe even "hundreds of worlds eventually."
They joke they'll "hopefully have 500 worlds" by 2025. Right now the Star Wars MMO has "19 major worlds," with an "indeterminate number" of minor ones.

Just over 24 hours after it has gone on sale on Origin, Star Wars: The Old Republic‘s Collector’s Edition has sold out. Not only has it sold out, but Amazon has been allowing gamers to re-sell their Origin preorder, and some of the auctions have run up to $400 and more.

Analyst firm Cowen & Company is predicting that Battlefield 3 will sell 8M to 11M units during its first year of release. The film is getting that estimate from pre-order sales, which have been comparable to Call of Duty: Black Ops. Black Ops has sold 20M worldwide.
