MAP: Center Richies 2

MAPINFO: This is a 10x10 4plyer map with four corner start locations.
Each with 2 mass extractors. The center of the map has lot of mass extractors
to fight for and 4 hydrocarbon power plants. But to get to the center of
riches you'll have to fight through civilian controled cybran outposts.

Install: just extract to your maps folder and put the env folder in your
main dirtectory. If you already have an env folder just put the subfolder
thats in it in your env folder.

By the way if anyone knows how to get the background and sky to work
without having to use a env folder in your main dirtrectory pleses let
me know.
