There are orbital-satellite weapons.
I am trying to beat the new "Extremely Difficult AI" and thus far was unable to. It cheats a lot so it is really difficult. I'd like to believe I am a veteran SC player.

Orbital what?!
I'm playing the game and I can tell there is no orbital weapons at all!
I have to finish the campaign though, but in skirmishes all is well "planet based".
