this fixes the unit restrictions (WOW thats like the name) and makes them how they
should have been when the game was released

fixes an error that screwed up the rest of the restrictions

disables seraphim T4 nuke
disables T3 nuke defense
disables T4 mavor
disables T4 Scathis

just extract into C:Program FilesTHQGas Powered GamesSupreme Commander - Forged Alliancemods enable in the game menu
