#########owning experimental units v3.1############

######what this dose v3.1:######

well I made allot of new changes this time first off I fixed unit icons for the T3 PD
and the new big thing is a new T4 factory for the seraphim (now every one has 4)
what this dose is make units and fast! it is capable of building air and land units (working
navy) and builds 5x the speed of a normal T3 factory as well as building air and land units
it can also build SCUs. for my next edition I will be adding sheilds and making most of the
land units move faster like they did in supcom.

######what this dose v3:######

adds compatibility for FA and new units I started from scratch so this is my first one I will be
releasing one that gives Exps shields
because this is FA I have removed the T3 point defense for UEF and added it to Seraphim

Note: I would recomend using this mod with "TotalVeterancy" by "Eni"
I will be asking if I can include it with my next verson

this is more compatable than v2

this adds T3 point defense made by "presskohle"

this verson adds T3 point defense turret for all factions

this also makes the experimental units much stronger
their weapons health and they all have some health regen rate now
this also addeds shields to most of them aswell they also move faster with increased turn raidus
