Name: Imperial City Library 1.3

Description
===========
Here is version 1.3 of my library mod. Version one was release over a year ago and version 2 was released last November (Iirc). Version 3 sets out to up the ante and make the library more awesome in general. This time around I have streamlined virtually ever aspect of hte library, you should have an increased frame rate due to Garak's Booksets Statics taking the place of hard to reach books that were inflating the FPS. Signs outside the library, fixed the quest from not ending properly added Mr Dark Sim's Morrowind and Daggerfall books, and some more 'general house cleaning'.

Imperial Library
Version: 2.00
By: Jagnot (McTrooper240)
New in V2:
A quest given by the head librarian! Help her find he diary!
Hidden Treasure! Find it if you can!
A new addition to the library: A map room featuring a map of Kvatch!
The layout of the library has changed a little, try not to get it confused with V1!
General Info:
Ever get tired of the fact that a huge, sprawling place like the Imperial City doesn't have anything in the way of books other than a few shops? Ever wish you could visit a library without breaking in? Then this mod is for you! This plugin adds a 3 story Library to the Arboretum in the Imperial City. It's packed to the brim with all types of books, unfortunately someone seems to have placed them out of order (dirty Wood Elves...)
You are free to take them, theres no-one patrolling the library in this release. Just remember if you sell all the books for some quick money on potions or a nifty weapon, you'll just be buying more weapons and potions later on in the game, AND you WONT have all these books to view/read!
Includes:
3 floors: Ground floor, Basement and Upstairs.
Installation:
-Extract the plugin file to your "Bethesda Softworks\Oblivion\Data" folder.
-Start the Oblivion Launcher.
-Click "Data Files".
-Find and check off "Imperial Library.esp"
-Click "OK" and and you can find the manor on the oppisite side of the Arboretum from where you fast travel to.
Usage: A library! Read books!
Issues:
None, unless it conflicts with another mod in the same location.
