Requirements:

Rens Beauty Pack by Ren:
(For the Mystic Elf race and the beautiful hairs)
Since this is a custom race, you need to download the fixes so you can continue quests and story lines.
Custom Race Fix by kynetarse:
(this triggers the dialog in the cell for custom races so you can begin the game)
Boethia Shrine Custom Race Fix by Damos (I haven't tried this mod)
(fix it so Custom races can do the Boethia Shrine quest)

Intstallation
------------------------------
Install Ren's Beauty Pack and then install mine into the "Oblivion/Data" directory.
Copy and paste the "NecMysticDarkElf.ess" into "My Documents/My Games/Oblivion/Saves." Once that's done, You can delete
the "Savegame" folder you just extracted.
The correct path for the files:
"Nec-Mystic Dark Elf.esp" goes in the "Oblivion/Data" directory.
"Nec - Nec Mystic Dark Elf03.dds" goes in the "Oblivion/Data/Textures/Characters/Nec Mystic Dark Elf" directory.
The following files go in the "Oblivion/Data/Textures/Characters/Nec Mystic Dark Elf/Body Textures/Female" directory.

"NecMysticDarkElf.ess" goes in the "My Documents/My Games/Oblivion/Saves" directory.
Go into the "Data Files" option in the game launcher to activate the mods.

My savegame

The savegame I provided is saved inside the cell (sorry, had too many things to do so I didnt make a save at the sewer exit).
It's the same face that appears on the images in Tessource.net.
If you wish to make changes to the character, go into the console (~) and type Showracemenu and hit Enter. When you are
finished, DO NOT click on DONE. This will mess up your skills. Instead hit the ESC key while in the console to bring up
the Save/Load menu. Save the game and reload it.

About the mod

Even though it's supposed to be a Dark Elf race, I decided not to make the skin too dark and let the people
decide for themselves what skin color they want from adjusting the in-game slider.
If you have certain mods/programs installed and it shows my mod is in conflicts with Ren's. Don't worry
about it, it should be fine.

I have not played a custom race very far so I cannot tell what can happen further into the game. Use at your own risk :D
