myne just comes up ivisible and when i press ok it is pink body with no head and i can oly see a jaw and floating eyes =(( plZ help

Ok.. well I cant seem to find this file: "KT_CustomRaceFix.esp" w/o quotes... It said I need that file for this one to work.. But I can't find it... any help?

My character doesn't have a hair or face. There are only huge red lips floating in the air and her skin is violet(I can only see her hands and legs). Monster without a face that is.
