Creates a chest with 1M gold behind counter in "Fighting Chance" in Market District.

It works! HEALTH WARNING - too much cash for no effort can seriously ruin your game (a bit like life really).

For the uninitiated, simply copy the downloaded .esp file to the Oblivion "Data" folder. Then activate it by selecting "Data" from the Oblivion initial screen & putting a cross in the appropriate box for the .esp file. Also needs a cross against "Oblivion.esm".
