This Elder Scrolls Oblivion mod introduces Damien Larkin to the Imperial City Marker Plaza.
He just moved in so he is spends his nights over at the Tiber Septim Hotel. He also likes to eat in the evenings over at the Merchants Inn.
But during the day he stands at the Market plaza and sells items for your home. He has a selection of furniture and other items such as candles.
Usage: Instructions are included with the mod.
Credits: I would like to give credit to Kickban who wrote Kickban's House of Wonders. This mod uses the same "engine" idea.
