Bethesda Softworks has announced a new two-game bundle for PC and Xbox 360, the Fallout 3 & Oblivion Double Pack, which will be released on the 3rd April.

Climb a tall mountain in The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim and you might be able to peek at neighboring lands Morrowind and Cyrodiil. Why? Because it would be odd if they were missing.

Todd Howard teases that "maybe we'll use it one day," but primarily it was to give players something to see if they looked in that direction. None of it is in high detail - it's just background.

Did The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion keep you from really feeling like a demi-god? Skyrim's enemies won't always be equal in skill, reveals Todd Howard.

Bethesda has opted to use Fallout 3's model instead, which has you face "harder things" as we level up, but "easier things stay around" for us to "just decimate".

Bethesda's Todd Howard, director of The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim, has said it's "hard to say" if the latest RPG is a leap like Oblivion was for the series.

He says "it's close," but Howard doesn't know if he'd say "it's as large a leap" simply because the tech gap between Morrowind and Oblivion "was greater."

It seems that the UK will be getting the special 5th Anniversary Edition of The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion, as rumored last July. Previously, the special edition was released in North America in June.
