Game Balance

Moved Remote Viewing from toxic to gas, lowered its cost from 40 to 20 trash.
Reintroduced Target Tracking for mutants on it at a cost of 50 trash.
Reduced Combustive Area Upgrade cost from 40 to 20 trash.
Increased Madness cost from 25 to 50 trash, range from 5 to 7, and AOE from 0.75 to 2.0, and reduced duration from 30 to 15 seconds (for medium sized units) and shot speed from 20 to 10.
Increased EMP Grenade range from 5 to 6.
Reduced Repair Station cost from 20 to 10 trash.
Fixed: Amplicon can attack while levitating.

Increased Flame Bike speed from 30 to 32 and reverted recent damage nerfs:
Old: 5.0, 5.8, 6.6, 7.0, 7.4, 7.8, 8.0
New: 6.0, 7.0, 8.0, 8.5, 9.0, 9.5, 9.75

Karkino has a bomb attack by default. You can research acid, which will cause the attack to comprise armor.
Implosion was moved from the Karkino to the Fire Dome, and the cost matches flame wall.
Reduced Karkino cost from 30/5 to 30/4,
Reduced Karkino's personal attack AOE at the lower levels:
Old: 0.75, 1.0, 1.2, 1.4, 1.5, 1.6, 1.7, 1.75
New: 0.2, 0.6, 1.0, 1.2, 1.4, 1.6, 1.7.


Fixes
Fixed the most common crashes in the game (based on your crash reports).
Fixed a bug where a building without power would still work.
Fixed crash when Extra Campaigns has more than one extra campaign.

Tweaks
Increased the Newcomer time period from 7 days to 18 days (about 2.5 weeks).
Replays are no longer created when previewing missions, unless the command-line option -replayon is used.
Reduced frequency that units try to avoid enemy fire dome areas (for non-cpu controlled units).

Rating System
Added new rating categories: Small Team, Medium Team, Large Team, and Team Free-For-All. (The existing Team Category was changed to Medium Team).
FFA ratings are based on score. About 1/2 of players will gain rating and the rest will lose rating.
The winner of the FFA gets a score bonus of 1/4 the average score, and if you win you will not lose FFA rating, no matter what your score is.
Three-player FFA games are still rated, but the rating move is really small. We are trying to discourage 3-player FFA games.
Rating changes are now zero sum. Previously there were supposed to be zero-sum but there was a bug in the FFA rating system that caused rating deflation, and there was a bug in the team rating system that caused slight rating inflation.
Removed a previous change to the rating system that increased the rating movement for larger games. This should no longer be needed since we have more rating categories.
Fixed a bug that was preventing in-game score from affecting rating change.
Changed the mapping of elo version of ratings, so that more of the rating scale is used. Nothing was changed for ratings under 10. Rating values themselves were not changed, just the internal ELO score used. For example, what used to be 25 is like 30 now.
Team balancing is based on both the overall rating and the rating for the specific game type -- previous it was only based on the rating for the specific game type.

GameServer
Increased timeout period for waiting for slow loaders from 105 seconds to 135 seconds.

Lobby Server
Admins can ban/boot players regardless of whether they are in a game or not. (Previously players in games could not be banned).
Fixed bug where player awards were not displayed properly in the detailed player profile.

Mission Editor
Added support to allow custom maps to be played online.
