I played the old Topico: Paradise Island for quite a long time. It was a great game then. Now we have Tropico 3, what's new?
Since graphic is irrelevant... let me think... the soundtracks (WONDERFUL AS ALWAYS) and some minor options (the speeches from the balcony and such).
Very few things since the old good Tropico PI was released 7 years ago. Multipayer is still missing and this is a major deficency today.
If you have not played the old Tropico games, buy this one, otherwise...... contnue to yell "VIVA EL PRESIDENTE!" with that great 2D graphic.
