INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS: Just copy the .ut3 file to
My Documents/My Games/Unreal Tournament 3/UTGame/Published/CookedPC/CustomMaps
DESCRIPTION: This map focuses on risk-reward. The flag of each base can be raised to a position accessible
only by stairs, or the room in the center-top. However, limiting access like this closes off access to your
team's only weapons in your base. In addition, going up the stairs takes time, but it grants access to the
switch that controls the flags elevation, as well as to the center-top room.
The side rooms are themed (loosly) on the main entrance rooms in CTF-BridgeofFate (UT2004).
Each of the rings in the glass room has a hole in the middle of it, you will fall through.
Access to the other base is prevented from a semi-invisible wall. This DOES stop weapons as well.
BUGS: None known, but testing beyond simple "does this map work" has been limited. If you have problems using
the triggers, they don't seem to work if you are standing too close, try backing up and pointing at the center
of the hologram. It was designed for a runby-style activation
CREDITS: Epic for all materials, meshes, etc., and for the tutorials. Various forums for technical assistance.
COMMENTS: This is my third map, second to be released. Hopefully its the best yet. Please contact me with
problems, or suggestions to make it better.
