Strategy Informer  

This mutator turns UT3 into a thirdperson shooter. It also allows the sniper zoom to work as intended (first person view). Thirdperson view is forced though future versions may allow this to be toggled. The primary purpose of this mutator was to cut my teeth on UnrealScript.
