The idea was interresting, but I have to say, this is not really all that great.
First off, Soul Reaver has been turned into a butter knife.
There are some SERIOUS overpower issues in just about all of the weapons, and the spelling and grammatics are HORRIBLE!
If you truly wanna make a serious and fair mod, cheap standard weapons should not summon 4 pylons of psychopyro, standard guns should not be shockimbued, the flame thrower should not be able to hold about 800 ammo, and you should under no circumstances compare the "pocket flame thrower" to an army lighter inventor...
Generally, good idea, horrible execution, even worse grammatics. This calls for a rewrite.
