Soulstorm quick fixes
Instructions: Unzip to the Soulstorm folder.
This basically is a quick fix for the Sisters of Battle and the Necrons
Sisters of Battle Holy Icon addon build time set to 0 so it cannot be cancelled. This should eliminate the infinite resources exploit.
Necrons Monolith Illusion no longer able to load Flayed Ones, hopefully it should reduce the likelihood of the Monolith Illusion staying after the Deceiver disappears. Also should fix the Monolith Illusion staying after being in Stasis.
