Wargaming.net has announced that it has changed the title of their upcoming naval MMO from World of Battleships to World of Warships.

Wargaming.net racked up the awards at this past E3 2012 in Los Angeles, which was held from the 5th June to the 7th. The publisher held 10,000 square feet of space with 50 gaming stations devoted to World of Tanks and World of Warplanes.

Wargamer.net has announced the official site of World of Battleships has gone live, which has confirmed the inclusion of aircraft carriers as one of the available class of vehicles available to gamers in-game.

Wargaming.net today announced that its developing a new title called World of Battleships, a free-to-play naval action MMO based on epic sea battles of the 20th century that will complete the "World of" war trilogy.
World of Battleships promises to offer a straightforward interface, easy-to-use controls, and a common economic system that will allow players to distribute resources between the three games; World of Warplanes, World of Tanks and World of Battleships.
