A few minor tweaks to the game for your enjoyment.

File Instructions:: Files unlocked and now using dreadylein's patcher. Get rid of my original files and use your own backup if you can (or a new install one) and run the patcher with the file of choice.

NOTE: Now a second file set with ONLY the HP changes and nothing else.
NOTE: Added a special HP normal mode file that ungimps the AI like classic. Just those two changes. Yar.

So, a few minor tweaks to the game for your enjoyment.

The soldier HP thing seems to annoy some folk, so here you go with a wee fix. Easy mode really doesn’t need that extra HP with the AI limited to small groups activating but if you want, tweak it out or bribe me with beer to do it.

The satellite thing drove me insane. Seems to annoy everyone off so I put it in.

Finally air power felt like it could be almost ignored until you started spawning berserkers and even then it wasn’t a big oh my god thing. Now stopping those terror ships and abductions is possible. Failure however can hurt bad now. Still suffer panic when that big guy escapes (assuming you even detect it) and worse, it might go sledge your satellite. So, get EMP/Plasma Firestorms or a butt load of interceptors for those battleships! (That NA bonus looks better again…)

This has been play tested(again, god I hate impossible mode). If you didn’t put two and two together, the file with “YourGonaDie” on the end is for impossible mode. In the tests, guess what happened a god awful amount.

I in no way altered anything but what is above. Use the right file for the HP as it gets overridden on all difficulties. Only way to fight that HP on new recruit bug so far. arietatray(and some others now) has a mod that normalizes it now I see, so that's another way to fight it. Go Nexus!

Changes:
-Three files for proper HP on all soldiers and new recruits.
-Satellite time is cut in half. It was silly I could build the sweet Firestorm in less time.
-AI is active on all three modes. No more dumb aliens.
-UFO's on terror and abduction missions can be detected now. Your air power matters more now. Almost felt like they left out a major game comp here.
-Max UFO up to 3 from 2.

To install, put the file of your choice in with your XComGame.exe and run the patcher. Check your soldiers HP and satellite build time if you have any doubts if it worked.
