2K Games has announced the first two downloadable content packs for Firaxis' hit strategy remake of XCOM: Enemy Unknown. One is a DLC pack that was already given to gamers who pre-ordered the game or bought it at launch, while the other is a brand-new scenario taking place in China.

Firaxis has released the first PC patch for XCOM: Enemy Known as they tackle some niggling issues as well as 'activate' the higher resolution 1080p video clips to 'always play' instead of 720p.
The means guaranteed higher-res loveliness during cutscenes. There are various "optimizations" according to the patch notes, and the team have tweaked some abilities.
