Different V.R. theme: If you use MGS1 Snake for theV.R. missions you will hear the V.R. theme from MGS1
Tuxedo Snake sneaking theme: If you use Tuxedo Snake on the sneaking missions here will be a different theme
Seagull shooting: If you go outside during the plant chapter, you will see seagulls on most struts. If you shoot these seagulls, they will fall and die. If you shoot enough with a psg1 then rose will call you and tell you to stop shooting defenseless animals and she will call you "a sick freak".
Yoji Shinkawa tag information: When first playing as Raiden in the plant chapter, enter the name Yoji Shinkawa into the first node. It will automatically put in all of his statistics.
