Binary Domain puts players in the middle of a fast-paced and intense battle for humanity in robot-invaded 2080 Tokyo. Fighting through the derelict lower levels of the city, players control an international peace-keeping squad that soon starts to question their surroundings and the choices they made. Are the robots becoming more human, or are humans becoming more like machines?

| Sega has announced that the company is slashing its income projections by almost 50% from ¥38 billion to only¥18 billion. This will result in the Japanese corporation streamlining its Western operations, which means cutting jobs and cancelling some of its titles. |

| Uncharted: Golden Abyss enters UK chart number one (0) |
| Sony's PlayStation Vita has arrived in the UK and claimed 1st and 2nd place in the all format chart with Uncharted: Golden Abyss and FIFA Football. The WiFi version claimed 79% of launch sales. Rayman Origins is catapulted back up the ladder from 36th to 5th thanks to a Vita re-release. The two chart toppers made up 50% of UK game sales last week. EA's Syndicate entered 7th. |
