Activision has announced the official special editions of their upcoming blockbuster shooter, Call of Duty: Black Ops 2. They will include the $179.99 USD Care Package, the $79.99 USD Hardened Edition, and the $79.99 USD Digital Deluxe Edition.

After impressively demoing an iPad live-stream of Black Ops II last week, game design director David Vonderhaar has confirmed the feature also works on consoles.

European VP Michael Sportouch of Activision has said there's no trouble with continued growth for Call of Duty, especially as they look to take on the Chinese market with a free-to-play project.
