This E3 also marks the 25th anniversary for Ubisoft so they're even more excited than usual. Assassin's Creed: Revelations will be on site, with other HD titles.
On June 6th they'll host an "invitation-only" press event with "never-before-seen" demos of their fiscal 2012 line-up. From June 7-9 their wares will be hands-on.

Amazon, Target, GameStop, and Walmart all list a North American release date of June 28 for Call of Juarez: The Cartel, the third game in the series that brings the Old West to the present day Mexican drug trade.

Ubisoft has issued their latest release schedule and its tightened up some retail windows for us, like Driver: San Francisco's which is now due September.
Child of Eden for PS3 is Q2 2011 which is from now till the end of June, the Xbox 360 version is June 17th in the UK. Splinter Cell HD is Q2 bound also.
