For too long have those snooty Xbox 360 and PS3 crowds rubbed our PC gamer faces in the fact they get to dine on Konami's Castlevania: Lords of Shadow, while we shiver and shake outside in the cold.

Today Konami announces that Castlevania: Lords of Shadow: Ultimate Edition will be coming to PC this August. We get "key advances" like 1080p, 60 FPS, and full Steam integration.

It looks like the 2010 Xbox 360 and PS3 release of Castlevania: Lords of Shadow maybe turning up on PC after all. Spain's MercurySteam Entertainment has already confirmed the sequel for PC.

Interestingly the Steam database entry for Castlevania: Lords of Shadow has 'Early Access Comp' attached to it, meaning it could be a pre-purchase incentive? There's no '2' anywhere.

The pre-E3 special by GTTV has announced Castlevania: Lords of Shadow 2. The game is currently in development for a 2013 release. A cinematic trailer has been published by Konami.

We get treated to some theatrics with Gabriel Belmont facing off against a huge golem, and even a giant bird made of fog. All in a day's work. Next week E3 is in ful swing.

GameTrailers TV will be debuting a bunch of titles that will be shown off at E3 later tonight, the 1st June. What's interesting is two still-unseen games, Star Wars 1313 and Castlevania: Lords of Shadow 2, will be making their debut.

According to a report, Konami will be bringing Castlevania: Lords of Shadow 2 to four platforms when it releases. There was also a Nintendo 3DS game Castlevania: Mirror of Fate.

It was to be a 2D Castlevania title for 3DS and was in development for about 18 months, with 2 player co-op a feature. It would have communicated with a Wii U version but was ditched.
