Capcom revises down DmC: Devil May Cry sales by 800k
The initial target for sales had been 2 million units for Ninja Theory's DmC: Devil May Cry by the end of this fiscal year for Capcom, but that looks most unlikely as the publisher drops it to 1.2 million.
So far around one million has been shipped. Despite receiving a top spot in charts, DmC has failed to at least match sales figures for Devil May Cry 4 at launch, achieving just a third in the UK.

Those crafty Capcom bigwigs knew fans of Devil May Cry would be baited into getting all hot under the collar over Ninja Theory's Dante makeover.
All the "discussion and dialogue" skyrocketed the "visibility of the title" versus same old Dante. This is an origin story of before we knew the guy.
