Disney Interactive has released a new developer diary for Epic Mickey 2: The Power of Two, as veteran comic book writer and editor Marv Wolfman, best known for his work on The New Teen Titans and Crisis on Infinite Earths, discusses his role in writing the dialogue for the game.

Disney Interactive has revealed the opening cinematic for the upcoming 3D platformer Epic Mickey 2: The Power of Two, and in keeping with Warren Spector's new style, it opens with a musical number. Hopefully, this will allay some fears of a video game featuring big Disneyesque songs.

Warren Spector stated a few months ago that he saw "fear" in people's eyes when he revealed there would be musical numbers in Epic Mickey 2. Those people may be terrified at Spector's intention for Epic Mickey 3, to make it a "full musical experience".

Just kidding, although musical numbers are a significant part of Epic Mickey 2. Included in the new clip are fresh samples of actual gameplay. It's just over 3 and half minutes long.
