Rumour: Fallout 4 was Bethesda's 'press only' tease at E3
Bethesda had a press only presentation behind closed doors at E3 last week, and apparently it was Fallout 4. It's alleged to be coming to Xbox 360, PS3, Xbox One, PS4 and PC in October 2015 - it's 55% done?
It's been in development since January 2011 by a small dev team, according to leaks. Skyrim's development ending beefed up the Fallout 4 effort. A 37 second trailer was shown to attendees.

Nuclear post-apocalypse isn't on the agenda for Bethesda at this year's E3 according to an E3 invite sent out, which mentioned only three titles being presented with only two playable at the event.
The Evil Within, Wolfenstein: The New Order and The Elder Scrolls Online are noted in the invite. The team behind Skyrim has moved on, possibly to a new Fallout?

Actor Todd Dellums lent his voice to Fallout 3's Three Dog, who hosted a radio show in the Capital Wasteland. A recent tweet from Dellums says there "may be more of the Dog coming!"
He was "given permission" by Bethesda to dangle the notion of more Fallout to fans. While not revealing anything more, Dellums did retweet someone pointing to Fallout 4, or a movie.

The next destination for the Fallout franchise appears to be the city of Boston, if rumours are to be believed. Speculation is high that the story will focus on The Institute, the android making capital.
The Institute is the nickname for the actual Massachusetts Institute of Technology. A "may or may not be" MIT employee claims "rumors are true" about the Boston setting. Bethesda is quiet.

Developers Tim Cain and Chris Avellone will lend their Fallout expertise to the Nuka Break web show project if its Kickstarter campaign secures $120k in pledges. What kind of help?
Cain and Avellone will lend their mutant writing brains to Nuka Break, helping with story, characters, creatures and scenery. They'd also guest star in season two of the web show.
