Codemasters' virtual tyre screecher GRID 2 maintains first pole position in the UK all format chart for another week, with FIFA 13 equally holding onto 2nd. Dontnod's Remember Me enters 3rd, if memory serves.

Bethesda's Legendary bundle of The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim came 4th, which is most impressive for a bunch of DLCs duck tapped together. Far Cry 3 was 5th, followed by Dead Island: Riptide.

Codemasters' GRID 2 has drifted onto the UK all format chart and pinched 1st place, which bests the original that five years ago debuted 2nd. However launch sales are 29% less than its predecessor.

FIFA 13 hogged 2nd, followed by Dead Island: Riptide, Far Cry 3 and Resident Evil: Revelations. The only other new entry was Fuse, which nearly fizzled out as it just managed to register at 37.

Ubisoft confirmed this morning that it's developing Blood Dragon, a stand-alone digital expansion for Far Cry 3, which will be released for the Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and PC on 1st May, 2013.

Developed by Ubisoft Montreal, Far Cry 3 Blood Dragon has about 8 hours of content and lets players get the girl, kill the bad guys and save the world in a VHS-era vision of the future. As Sergeant Rex Colt, you are part man, part machine, all American. You are a state-of-the art Mark IV cyber-commando on a mission of vengeance.

Totally rad, dude. Ubisoft is set to release a spin-off to Far Cry 3 called Blood Dragon this May 1st. It's set in a dystopic 2007 where we play as Sargent Rex Colt, a "Mark IV Cyber Commando" fighting rogue cyborgs!

For that extra "80's VHS vision of the future" authenticity, Blood Dragon features Terminator and Aliens movie star Michael Biehn. Our mission is simple: "get the girl, kill the baddies, and save the world."
