Prototype 2 consumes UK chart throne, The Witcher 2 Enhanced slips 6th
Activision's Prototype 2 from Radical Entertainment has resonated well with the UK gaming populace as it launched in first place, fighting off those dribblers FIFA Street and FIFA 12.
The previous King of the chart was the slayer of Kings; The Witcher 2 Enhanced Edition, which is now 6th. Mass Effect 3 and Kinect Star Wars trade places 4th and 5th respectively.

Fans express outrage at unlicensed UEFA Euro 2012 players

EA Sports is dealing with angry footie fans who are upset that over half the players in the FIFA 12 expansion UEFA Euro 2012 are unlicensed players, including the host nation Ukraine, as well as Wales, Slovakia, Estonia, Belarus and FYR Macedonia.
24 of the 53 teams feature players with fictional names and false strips, EA Sports has confirmed, but explained that it was impossible to license every single team, and apologized if fans of certain teams were disappointed.

This week's slate of PlayStation Network games features Popcap titles that are finally hitting the PlayStation 3, as well as Telltale Games' licensed adventure game, The Walking Dead. Players will also be able to buy Battlefield 3 digitally, and also check out demos for Dragon's Dogma and Ninja Gaiden 3. This week's release also features the major UEFA Euro 2012 add-on to FIFA 12.

Sony has announced the European PlayStation Network released for this week, and it'll include full game releases like NHL 12 and PSN releases like Doc Clock: The Toasted Sandwich of Time and The House of the Dead 4. Other content releases include the major UEFA Euro 2012 expansion for FIFA 12.

EA once again dominates the UK chart by taking 1st, 2nd and 3rd with FIFA Street, Mass Effect 3 and FIFA 12 respectively. Then along comes Kinect Star Wars in 4th place.
EA even have the cheek to pinch 5th with Tiger Woods PGA Tour 13. Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 keeps 6th, while The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim climbs a few rungs of the chart to 7th.
