Second to the music game is Activision's Call of Duty: Black Ops at $787.4 million. Modern Warfare 2 is 4th with $713.6 million. Rock Band is 5th. |

| Guns N' Roses' Axel Rose is putting the legal thumb screws to Activision over the appearance of former guitarist Slash in Guitar Hero III.
Activision began "spinning a web of lies" to conceal the fact Slash and Velvet Revolver was to be a major feature in the game, alleges Axel Rose lawyers. |
