Sony has announced the releases for this week for the PlayStation 3, and one of the more intriguing entries is Doom Classic Collection, which is casually and briefly mentioned in the PlayStation Network releases. Nothing is known about it save it's Doom and apparently a collection of Doom titles, which already grace Xbox Live Arcade.

Hitman: Absolution releases tomorrow and in case you forgot it has a very interesting Contracts Mode, where players create their own 'missions' to be shared and fought over in league tables.

Square Enix planned to keep it guarded through an online pass system, but has decided to garrotte it and drag his corpse off into the bushes. This means its open to anyone, including you know whos.

It's likely the final video we'll be getting as we approach next week's release (finally) and we'll be too busy wielding katanas ourselves. We get a quick glimpse of major characters.

Hitman: Absolution art director Roberto Marchesi has stated in an interview with Trusted Reviews that he feels that the current generation of consoles limited the upcoming stealth assassination game.

Sleeping Dogs gets Just Cause, Hitman and Deus Ex outfits

Tomorrow for Xbox 360, PS3 and PC there will be new DLC for United Front's Sleeping Dogs in the form of the Square Enix Character Pack. This dresses up Wei Shen in three distinctive ways.

The Hitman outfit features a bald, red-tie suited Shen. Deus Ex lets him keep his hair and adds those cool Jensen specs, and augmented tactical suit. Finally there's Rico's island regime changing garb.
