| Developer Naughty Dog reveals they gave some serious thought to revisiting Jak & Dakter but decided The Last of Us was the better choice. They would have 'applied all they learned'. If they had of picked up the Jak & Daxter banner again they felt it wouldn't be what fans wanted, and it would have been "limiting the direction" of the studio. Never say never, ever. |

| Sony has announced on the official PlayStation Blog that the Jak & Daxter Collection will be launching in North America on the 7th February, and in Europe a few weeks later on the 22nd. The Collection features the first three Jak & Daxter games, all remastered with 720p HD graphics, stereoscopic 3D, and Trophy support. |
