PS3 Mass Effect 2 demo is "a 2 month older build than the final"
BioWare has revealed the demo on PSN for Mass Effect 2 is not using the latest enhancements the full retail game does for the PlayStation 3.
The reason it was an "older build" was for "certification and testing reasons," says Chris Priestly. It's "noticeably better at launch" promises the studio.

As the PlayStation 3 version of Mass Effect 2 comes out this week, the interactive comic is the only way for players to choose Shepard's decisions from the first game, since Microsoft owns the rights to Mass Effect.

It seems "Lair of the Shadow Broker" will not be the last downloadable content for Mass Effect 2, which comes with the sad news that the daily news updates on the Cerberus Network will end on January 24.
